In late 2021/early 2022, Devanco carried out complex reinforced concrete works for a multi-family building on Żółkiewskiego Street in Praga.

Żółkiewskiego 7 is an intimate development. The entire tenement houses 14 flats

The development was designed by acclaimed architects PPFP Architekci.
