At Agora 16b

We carried out a range of complex reinforced concrete works. The facility building was designed on an L-shaped plan with the longer wing parallel to Przy Agora Street and will have three above-ground storeys and one underground storey. The total area of the building is approximately 3870 m2 , the built-up area is approximately 885 m2 , and the building height is approximately 12 m.

The Primary Health Care Clinics for adults, for sick children and for healthy children will be located on the ground floor. Specialist outpatient clinics and a rehabilitation facility have been planned for the first floor, while the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic will be located on the third floor.

Communication will be provided by independent entrances to individual clinics, two staircases and two passenger lifts. Administrative, technical, sanitary and other rooms necessary for the functioning of SPZZLO Warszawa-Żoliborz have been planned in the building. The building will be equipped with the necessary installations and additional systems, such as photovoltaic panels.
